Executive Board
Tri-County Education Coalition is an alliance of teachers, classified, administrators, parents, student, community members and school board members with the sole purpose of improving education within the counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo. The TCEC was formed 1987. As a group, our Coalition represents over one million residents, 250,000 students, and the combined membership of CTA, CFT, AFT, CSEA, CASBO, ACSA, PTA, CCSESA, and CSBA.
